Tiator is a NPC that was introduced in Operation Freezer.
Overview[]
Tiator, the leader of the Red Hawks, the arms smuggling group. He is a veteran mercenary who believes that the key to victory in a war is only weapons. So he is obsessed with getting more and more powerful weapons. He has a short temper and a heart of stone, not caring about his own men, whom he regards as only disposable resources.
He's the boss of Shylock.
