The Supply Case SR-IV was a replacement of the Supply Case - SR. This Supply Case had all of the same contents of the SR case, but also adding the PSG-1 CAMO (this case can be bought before the player can buy the original PSG-1) in there as a more valuable weapon than the L96A1 Ghillie, which is also in that case.
