The Combat Arms Wiki does not support the violation of Nexon's Terms of Service or anything that is construed by Nexon as such. This page is strictly for educational purposes, and is meant to inform the reader.

Public Hacks, or Pub Hacks, are common hacks that require no payment to obtain. They are crudely made and typically work only until Nexon detects them. Nexon combats this kind of hack by releasing a patch that changes the game engine internal addresses, rendering such hacks non-functional. Planned life expectancy is about three weeks. Since about 2009, public hacks have had few functions, mostly limited to visual hacks. Most serious hackers prefer developing more complex hacks or VIP hacks.

After the expansion of the public hacks in 2011, public hacks started to include more features, including the once-thought VIP Only hack(s) Aimbot, OPK, Telekill and Superbullets.

Reporting Hackers[]

Every hacker should be reported, however make sure you are 100% sure that he/she is hacking before reporting. Helping a hacker or benefiting from a hacker is against Nexon's Terms of Service and is one way to become suspended and possibly banned from the game.
