Hit-and-Run is a strategy used by players in Combat Arms. In a battlefield, a Hit-and-Runner would use pathways and/or other parts of the map that isn't in the line of fire by his/her enemies. Getting to the enemies, the player would have to engage in a Close-Quarters Battle, surprising the enemies. This technique is rather useful against ones who camp with a sniper rifle. This can also be used by players who use a sniper rifle by shooting in the direction of an enemy, running back to cover, and then going back out again to either move on or attempt to kill the same enemy, assuming they haven't died.

Hit-and-Runners can be seen frequently in Sector 25, where the 2 automatic sliding doors allow for players to spring out and eliminate camping opponents.
