Background Information[]

Nemexis Labs is the latest addition to the Fireteam multiplayer mode.

The story begins where the events of Nemexis HQ left off.

After securing Nemexis HQ, allied forces discovered evidence of a secret underground laboratory beneath the building. Move quickly to infilitrate the lab and trasmit any sensitive data you find! Something stirs deep within the Nemexis Lab. Gather your forces and enter the installation to discover the lab's secret!Once you're inside, you'll have to clear each section of the building quickly as Nemexis soldiers pour in to thwart your efforts. But soldiers are the least of your worries. If you can make it past the first wave of Nemexis soldiers, you'll be confronted with the deadly weapons the facility has been producing. Fight off the Nemexis-controlled mechs, and you'll get the chance to mount up in your own instrument of destruction! You'll find 4 different types of mechs listed below. Use the mechs to take down the hordes of Nemexis soldiers, and prepare for a much tougher enemy at the end! Beat the match on Hard or Extreme difficulty, and you'll be rewarded with some SUPER AWESOME MEGA robotic headgear.

Preparation[]

To successfully conquer this mode on extreme, it'll require some preparation.

  1. Firstly, you'll need a decent AR to defend yourself through the first half of fireteam where there are just agents who constantly drop nades.
  2. Secondly, there should be atleast one Operative character with a first aid kit (meds). This is because the Operative can place the meds and it can heal everyone including the robots. This has been tested by my self. The specs can go around and place meds everywhere so there is a less chance of death. This will ease the burden on the medic robots.
  3. Another reason why you should have at least one Operative character in your group is because if they have a M134, the bosses will die much quicker.
  4. Not everyone should become a robot. You should only become SMG or Medic robot. The melee is efficient for mobbing but, not really made to boss. The melee mech has a high defence rate. A sniper is hard to boss with. However, if you dislike going as your plain old human self, you should still become a robot. Melee mechs have the highest defence so if you are scared of dying, it's your perfect bot!
  5. However, you should become mech if you are not a Operative with Operative weapons.

Note: Killing the big boss at the end is hard for some with a M134. However, I find it much easier. A mini gun with a Operative is basically the same as a mech, however, the mech is less mobile. If you don't have access to the machine gun or medic mech, it'll be hard to kill the boss. So you choose which mode you want to go as a normal soldier, or a mech.

Stages[]

Stage 1:

You spawn in a room full of Nemexis agents. You have to kill all of them as quickly as you can. Most of them drop nades so watch out! After you kill them, you'll enter a new room where you'll either respawn if you died or reload if you're alive. In that room, you are required upload intel.

Stage 2:

You proceed further and you are required to upload more data and a new door will open. This door is leading you to the passage which leads you to the mech room is opened. You are required to eliminate all agents and mechs. After you destroyed them, the mech room will open.

Stage 3:

You enter and you choose a mech. To choose it, you hold 'e' as stated above. You can either choose from the medic, SMG, Melee or Sniper mech. Mechs are able to be healed my meds (tested by myself today). You will keep battling the evil agents. You'll essentially be fighting the agents from every room. You'll go up the ramp leading to the second floor and continue killing the evil agents. Mechs will now appear. Kill them aswell. Soon D.R.E.A.D will appear. Kill him quickly because if he targets you, you're as good as dead.

Stage 4:

After you killed that crazy tank, you move to a new room and a member of your team is randomly chosen to become the evil tank. He/she is quite tough to defeat. His/her new objective is to destroy the team. While your objective is to stop him/ her. If the evil mech wins, their mission is complete and they get 1 clear on their record and you get 0 clears even though you're essentially on the same team from the start. When the soldiers win against the mech, they get 1 clear and the mech gets 0 clears.

Robots[]

When you enter the robot room, you'll find the robots in this order with two of each robot. If you want the medic robot, go down to the end of the map. To enter the robot, press E when you are against it. Soon you'll be equipped in your robot!

Melee Robot (red): Using the Hermes melee weapon or an Athena pistol, this mech is meant for close quarters combat.

SMG Robot aka Machine Gun Robot: Using the Ares machine gun, this mech does a massive amount of damage, although the fire is a bit wild.

Sniper Robot: Using Artemis sniper rifle, this mech fires full auto sniper rounds very accurately

Medic Robot: Using the Apollo healing arm, this Mech can heal other Mechs by entering melee range of them and hitting them with this welding torch. They also have the Athena pistol, allowing them to defend themselves.

Which Robot To Choose?[]

You can pick any but the mechs that give a big overall advantage are the medics and the SMG mechs. Pros and cons of each mech:

Melee: Pros- High Defence

Cons- The melee weapon is inefficient when bossing. Medic: Pros- Ability to heal others including humans

Has a pistol to defend its as to preevnt its self from being molestered

Cons- Weak damage

Medic is obvious because you can heal your allies in battle. You also have a handy weapon at your disposal to defend your self against those agents who try and molester you. The machine gun robot is good overall as it is efficient in killing normal enemies and it has a gun with a fast rate of fire so it is efficient for bossing. The melee mech is strong in killing enemies but the range is the issue. It also has the highest defense out of all mechs. The sniper is decent for bossing as well, but the rate of fire is slow hence not effective for mobbing.

If you dislike any mechs and they are the only ones left, you could go solo and go as your own human self.

Note: You have a higher chance of death if you go as a human, but you are more mobile.

Rewards[]

You can only receive rewards when you conquer Nemexsis Labs on hard or extreme mode.

The rewards are head pieces (hats).

Hard Mode Reward: Powered Suit Helmet. Stats: +30% Headshot protection and +30% Flash protection.

Extreme Mode Reward: Elite Powered Suit Helmet. Stats: +30% Headshot protection and +50% Flash protection.

Say you clear extreme 10 times today, they all appear to be individual hats but they are just 1 hat in reality. Activate them all and you have a new slick and stylish 10 day hat. lolwut what kind of a sentence was that
