Permanently Changes Base Character Gender | ||||||
Gender Change is a NX Premium item bought for 9900 NX in the Black Market. When chosen, the player can change their Base Character to any character of the opposite gender. They cannot get any character of the same gender of the original character. Therefore, players with a Female character can change theirs to any Male character. Players with a Male character can change theirs to any Female character.
Players have the opportunity to choose the secret character only exclusive to using Gender Change and Base Character Change. There is one secret male character and a secret female character.

If your current Base Character is male, you will be able to choose a new character among any of the available Base Female Characters, including hidden ones.

Trivia[]
- During the intial introduction of the Gender Change, many players ignored it and simply commented it as a waste of NX. After the addition of the Nut Shot however, many players bought the gender change so that they would no longer die from one shot in the groin.
- Another reason that many male players bought the Gender Change was that it was rumoured that female characters had smaller hitboxes than their male counterparts, and thus their had a higher percentage of survival with each firefight they participate in.
