In Combat Arms, these items take the form of three packs: the Standard Ammo, Heavy Ammo, and Health packs.
A Standard Ammo pack.
Standard Ammo packs are a fairly common drop in Fireteam. They will fully replenish your Assault Rifle or SMG ammo only.
These packs take the form of an beige satchel filled with several shells and clips of ammunition.
A Heavy Ammo pack.
Heavy Ammo packs are more uncommon in Fireteam. They can fully replenish all of your ammo, including Explosive, Sniper, Shotgun, Handgun, and Specialist ammo.
These packs take the form of an large magenta M60 case, which is filled with large-caliber ammo belts, several magazines, and a grenade.
A Health pack.
Health packs are the least common of any Auxilary pack, and for good reason. Each pack can fully replenish your HP, regardless of what it was before (1-99). It is recommended that you wait until you have very low health before obtaining a health pack, so it can be used more effectively (though not so low that you'll easily die).
These packs take the form of a first-aid satchel, which is roughly the same size as the Standard Ammo pack. It also features a red cross insignia and the words "First Aid Kit" on the front, as well as some bandages and a greenish hue that distinguishes it from the other packs.
